Without Priority There is No Hierachy

This is all well and good but trying telling this to a client who lacks empathy for their target audience. It’s *impossible* to have a list of ten must communicates (so to speak). It’s *impossible* to “shout” when everything is shouting. It’s *impossible* to speak to everyone all the time in the same (design) breath.
Hierarchy is the by-product of priority. And until priorities are defined and understood there can be no effective hierarchy – only pointless shouting and UI / UX chaos.
