Good doctors don’t treat themselves, do they?
Good lawyers don’t represent themselves, again do they?
If a brand is treating and representing itself then chances are that said brand is having a significant negative impact on its road to better-ness.
No one is 100% self-objective. For a brand to believe otherwise is to some extent a violation of the definition of brand (circa 2016).
