Jason, obviously you would know better than me (so please accept my input in that context), but I think it might be worth an edit (on your part) to add:
“And be sure to pause long enough to listen to the responses / feedback you get. In fact, try to listen between the lines. That is, anticipate true needs from the laundry list of wants you are sure to hear. You’ll need these insights as you scale.”
Or something like that.
