Sadly, the fact is, for too many companies, slightly above average service / support would be an “innovation”.
I wish I had $20 for every time I thought: I bought your product because I liked it, need it and/or trusted you. I’m leaving you because best I can tell you don’t care that I did (i.e., buy your product).
