No doubt I think Postling rocks. Plus they interviewed me about KYR for their blog back in January, remember? About the only thing I don’t like is that the alert for restaurants might be best if it were for low reviews, not high. Such an alert would give the brand a jump on responding to someone who wasn’t happy. Sure, thank the positive. But it’s the bad apples that can do hard to fix damage. This would be especially true if the Guest wasn’t happy with the service. Then they’d probably toss in a, “See, I told you so. They took forever to respond…”
