The effects of What Sticks are still with me

Answered => “What’s the biggest challenge in getting marketing content seen by the right people?” on Quora.

=> My answer…

While, as Davy Kestens noted, getting content seen is no easy task, I’d like to propose that getting the content right is even more challenging.

For example, getting in front of mothers’ of college students is reasonably doable. Determining what’s going to motivate them once you deliver your message is a whole other beast.

In short –

Getting your hand in front of the receiver…X dollars and some odd cents. Presenting a message that overcomes “So what?” *and* motivates the receiver to eat from said hand…Priceless.

What I’m trying to say, is you can very well be in front of the “right people” but if your message doesn’t motivate then it’s going to look like you got the target wrong. What’s wrong is a message that motivates.

Obviously the effects of “What Sticks” are still with me.
