The difference between simple and simplified

I think you should have repeated this after each rule. Too many people confuse simple and simplified. There’s a difference. The goal is to simplify form such that function isn’t sacrificed, ideally even enhancing function.
Simple on the other hand is self-absorbed and happens outside the context of function. Great design can not happen without context.
