While it’s nice to decide to accept outside contributions the fact is such customer service (if you will) takes time, sometimes lots of it. Pardon me for stating the obvious but before deciding to accept outside contributions, you need to decide if you have the resources and (more importantly) patience to manage such interactions. Running an open-source business (so to speak) is not as simple as crafting code all day. It’s important that developers understand the significance of the difference, yes?
