Slack has Empathy

The arc here, especially given the HipChat example, seems to an experience that is natural, organic and human vs one that is stiff, stuff and wanna-be enterprise. That is, Slack feels like the way most people work, or want to work. It’s not an application with some set of features. It’s a product with an experience. Slack is your friend, not some tool.
It’s actually very simple: Slack is massive because…Slack has empathy.
