OK, I understand this list can go on forever but what about http://Postling.com?

Also, I think it’s worth mentioning that Ping.fm (I believe) is owned by Seesmic. Given that the Ping.fm API has been “frozen” since that transaction you have to wonder about the future of Ping.fm. There was an early promise of the Ping.fm API being revamped but that promise seems to have been left for dead. Perhaps you can investigate this with them?

Moi? I’d mention Ping.fm within the Seesmic section and then add Postling.com.

I’d also like to add that these are just tools. They are a means to an ends. They are not the ends. In and of themselves they are useless without a strategy, an understanding of measurement (read: link tagging), relevant content, consistency, etc.

Perhaps it’s just me but too many start to use these tools, flail their arms around like a drowning swimmer and then conclude, “This doesn’t work for me.” As if expecting to drive nails with uncooked (or even cooked) eggs is going to work. Really? Yes, eggs are inexpensive and easy to use – like social media. However, they are only as good as the hands they end up in.
