Some what of a semi-veiled sales pitch of Hall’s xPeerient, but none the less worth reading. The bits about the buyer feeling like shark food is—no pun intended—good food for thought. Are you building relati0nships and treating your lead as a Guest? Or are you looking at them like Daffy Duck with big dollar signs in your eyes and drool dripping from your mouth?

Not all communication is written. Sales/Marketing needs to be mindful of the fact that it’s not what you “say”, it’s what they “hear”. As they say, “Actions speak louder than words,” right?
