I’m not so sure the title is entirely accurate but the recommendations are rock solid. I’d also add, while it might be important to identify a focused target market, it’s also essential to have a focused message to pair with it. Having too many (bad) leads to qualify can also be a function the (unfocused) communications that are being pushed out by the brand.
Figure out who you are. Figure out what you want to be. And then act appropriately. Hoping isn’t enough.
