Helpful but I have to admit I am surprised how solo-centric these suggestion are. Since most of us work in groups, teams, other organizations, with others, etc. a high percentage of our work day, more effective communication and collaboration would also increase “personal productivity”, yes? Are all these people really still on plain vanilla email?

Also, I’d like to mention that while a tool like HootSuite is convenient for sharing links, a true marketer should be using other tools (e.g., link tagging) prior to sharing. As they say, marketing without measuring is just messaging. Don’t get me wrong, HootSuite is great for messaging but it is not in and of itself a marketing tool. I think it’s important that such myths be put to rest already.
