Do you have what it takes to be Square?

Square is a perfect example of a there being a real need in the market for such a solution. The bonus round is that not only is it a great solution for merchants, it benefits customers too. Being able to make purchases that used to be cash-only is big, to say the least.

For example, I took the train to Philadelphia yesterday for a meeting. SEPTA does *not* take credit cards on the train. Yes, in 2012 it’s cash only. Who knew? :) I was going to mention Square but I knew the person doing the ticketing wasn’t the decision maker.

In short, not only are merchants singing the praises of Square, but so are customers who have benefited from its convenience. Who needs a sales force, the idea / solution is so damn great it sells itself.
