Good stuff. Yes, goals and milestones are important. However, in many cases it’s the steps in between – if not sketched out – that are too often overlooked. As the saying goes: The devil is in the details. Setting a goal and a date is not project management.

What’s unfortunate about this article is that the people who need to read it the most are probably the type of people who think that don’t need to read it at all.

I think it’s also worth mentioning that the ideas/concepts in the article apply to any type of project that entails development. It’s not just for web dev.
