Interesting stuff, thank you.

I do however disagree with the idea that collaboration is a process. Collaboration is a culture. Yes, there are multiple ways to “encourage” the process. That’s the easy part. I’m sure there are plenty of ideas and books on the subject.

However, if the player don’t want to step onto the pitch it’s all for naught. Maybe it’s a chicken v egg issue? Maybe so. None the less, I favor addressing the broader culture issue before venturing on to the process.
