On one hand, the internet leads to the rich getting richer. That is, once big getting bigger is easier.

But on the, there are infinite number of micro-niches. These segments/fragments are probably not profitable for a traditional B&M store but with the internet they can scale into something special. You might not be Amazon, but seven or eight figures in revenue is certainly possible. And of course, your attention to The Guest Experience should aim to be exceptional.
