Big Data’s Dirty Little Secret: More data / signals delivered faster does not necessarily lead to better decisions.
Sure, there are things that big data does well. On the other hand, if there’s a decision point then the human element also needs to be optimized. In fact, more & faster signals might even magnify the flaws of the less able.
