It’s not a matter of collision, it’s a simple matter of basic project management and consensus on defining success *before* the marketing and campaigns begin. Along with that comes defining roles & responsibility of everyone involved relative to those goals.

Without such coordination the loophole for finger pointing will be used by both sides to sidestep accountability.
